Customer Services

Weird day ... for every customer rep I called today, I had to call twice in order to get the correct information ... and here is my reply to their "How am I doing" survey ... some of you need more training!!! @_@

hehe...that's true in everywhere...not only customer service...i've seen that with TAs and even professors...they don't know the answer yet they tell you something that they are not sured of...but then we are responsible for listening and applying their wrong answers....
