In a brief moment today, my mind went south. I was stuck in one of those “what if” playback loop and I hated that moody feeling. I hated myself ever more for even going to that dark place in the first place ... and so I asked for help from my God. Over and over, I kept on praying ... and gradually everything got better.
He came and relieved my burden (^o^) ... and that is so awesome because without Him, I know I will drive myself crazy for the rest of the day and may even do something stupid. He saved me ... Thank you my Lord m(_)m
